Do you think Troller T4 is the only Brazilian off roader we have here? Gentlemen, let me present you the Tac Stark
The TAC was a project born in my state, Santa Catarina. The idea came from FIESC (an acronym which translates roughly as Federation of the Industries of the State of Santa Catarina), because here we have many factories of auto parts but none auto maker. It is a great off roader, projected since the beginning to be used mainly in the mud and in the rocks.
In my opinion, it isn't as pretty as a Troller, but it isn't ugly either. They are powered by a 2.3l diesel engine and have 4WD. They cost R$93k (~$36k USD) , which are R$17k less than a Troller T4. The trim is quite simple, but who needs whale leather for off roading?
If you want to know more, you can ask in the comments! I'll dig for the information, because I don't know if this car is known outside Brazil...

HNNNNNG give me the one without the body panels and I'll just put something over the engine bits.
Also, it looks like it has Toyota wheels in a few shots? That would make aftermarket wheels easy to source.

The wheels look like Toyota Hilux wheels.
Since the project began to make something out of parts produced in Santa Catarina, I believe they can be Toyota wheels

I'll take mine like this please. throw some windows and doors on it and it's set. it looks awful once all the fenders are on but looks pretty cool at this stage.

Actually, they're not quite the ones I was thinking of (US market FJ Cruiser):
I was looking at the wheels in your 3rd pic (the red one descending that hill)

Yeah, they're very close. The Hilux wheels I was talking about were those
